Employment Type: Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time Considered for Exceptional Candidates)

đź’¸ Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $120,000 annually
  • Performance Bonus & Equity: Up to $50,000, split between annual bonus and company equity (final split determined based on interview performance)

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Academic Excellence: Degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier university (Ivy League or equivalent strongly preferred)
  • Strong Undergraduate Record: GPA of 3.0+ preferred
  • Teaching Experience: Minimum 5 years of classroom teaching experience; must be a certified educator
  • Curricular Range: Confident teaching the full range of middle and high school mathematics, including Algebra, Geometry, Precalculus, Calculus, and Statistics
  • Charisma & Influence: Open to building a public teaching persona via social media
  • Passionate Educator: Driven to make math engaging, understandable, and meaningful for every student

🎓 What You’ll Do – Day to Day

As a core member of our teaching team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Live Teaching: Deliver engaging, high-energy online math lessons in real time (scheduled during after-school hours)
  • Curriculum Development: Design and refine full units, lesson plans, homework sets, and assessments
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with our Media Team to develop short-form videos and educational content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with our Marketing Team to create innovative, education-focused campaigns
  • Student Support: Interact with students and parents to ensure continuous improvement and personalized learning
  • Company Initiatives: Work alongside our founders on broader projects
