4th Grade Teacher

This opening calls for specific teaching qualifications set by the school.

CalWest client school in the greater Los Angeles area seeks a 4th Grade Teacher to begin August 2025.

Qualifications:

  • Current California teaching credential (Multiple Subject required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in elementary education preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Teach all core 4th-grade subjects, including Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Religion.
  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with school curriculum and state standards.
  • Foster a classroom environment that supports the whole child—academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and families to ensure student success.
  • Integrate technology and differentiated instruction into the classroom.
  • Participate in school-wide events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
