CalWest's client school, in the Orange County area of California, seeks an experienced Director of Admissions and Enrollment to build and lead its inaugural admissions office. The Director of Admissions and Enrollment will report to the Head of School and sit on the school’s leadership team. Further, the Director of Admissions and Enrollment will update existing admissions procedures and create new admissions procedures for the school.
Ideal candidates will have several years of admissions experience in independent schools. They will understand and champion the value of an independent school education, and have excellent communication skills that allow them to inspire families to consider this school for their children. They will find challenge and excitement in building a student body that can both benefit from and bring benefit to the school community. As the first Director of Admissions and Enrollment, the Director of Admissions and Enrollment will create the admissions office and policies for the school.
